Sagara Yoga
Sagara – the sea of our earthly existence
. . . as ocean or sea, Sagara is translated from Sanskrit. Symbolically, this term stands for the human spirit, for the "ocean" of our earthly existence on which the waves embody our thoughts. From birth to death it is necessary to cross the ups and downs of the waves, i.e. the storms of life, in order to ultimately reach the highest truth. Free from dogmas and without the raised finger of morality, in loving recognition of people and their weaknesses, yoga gives us the tools to do so.
My Yoga Style
. . . shall enhance your crossing of this ocean, tackling the storms of life while you recognize your strengths to balance your weaknesses. I let you consciously experience opposites because they first strengthen your consciousness and finally your self-confidence. Yoga is solely an experience that has to be experienced to be recognized. Asanas, breathing exercises, mudras, meditation, spiritual metaphors or yoga nidrà are all an integral part of my lessons.
